These terms cover the Lancaster Fencing website and nothing more. A signed contract for actual fence work is its own agreement and stands on its own. Using these pages means you are fine with what follows, which we have tried to keep plain.

Using this site

Browse it, read it, send us a request. What we ask is that you do not use it to break the law, do not interfere with how it runs, and do not lift its content for your own commercial purposes. The words, photographs, and layout on these pages belong to Lancaster Fencing.

Estimates and pricing

Treat every number here as planning guidance rather than a quote. The per linear foot ranges are real, but your actual price turns on the length of the run, the material you choose, how much wind engineering the fence needs, what the digging turns out to be on your parcel, and the conditions we find when we walk it. Only the written figure we hand you after the on-site visit is binding.

No guarantee of results

We work to keep these pages accurate and online, but we cannot promise the site is always error free or never interrupted. What is published here is provided as is, as general information about fencing in Lancaster.
