Short version first: anything you send us here is used to answer your fencing question and price your project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it around.

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form, or tell us on a call or a text. Realistically that means a name and a phone number. If you choose to add them, there are also optional fields for an email address, the street or area of the project in Lancaster, and a note describing the fence you have in mind.

How we use it

• Replying to you and putting together a written price.
• Booking and running the on-site estimate, then the fence work itself.
• Following up about your project, when you have asked us to.

That is the full list. Your details are not fed into unrelated marketing, and they are never sold.

How the form works

Submissions are handled on our own domain and land in our inbox as an email. Nothing routes through an outside form service or a marketing platform. Cloudflare runs the site and processes the request only so it can be delivered. A hidden honeypot field catches automated spam, which means there is no reCAPTCHA here and nothing tracking you to prove you are human. Requests are kept as long as we need them to serve you and for our own records, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

There are no advertising cookies on this site and no profile being built about you. No third-party ad trackers are present. If we ever add a simple, privacy-respecting traffic count, this page gets updated to say precisely what is being measured before that happens.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what you sent, or to stop contacting you, and we will. A call, a text, or an email does it, and you do not need to give a reason.
